pitted dried dates
chopped

reduced-fat milk of choice

water

vanilla extract

rolled oats

vanilla yoghurt
eg Jalna or 5 AM
1/2
small banana
sliced

tsp
crushed peanuts
Instructions
Place the dates in a saucepan with milk and water over a low heat for 5 minutes until softened. Add vanilla extract.
Cool slightly and place in a food processor with oats and process on high until pureed.
Transfer to a bowl. Serve topped with yogurt sliced banana and crushed nuts.
