Ingredients
  • packet Aeroplane Jelly Crystals Reduced SugarRasberry (85g)
  • 1cup boiling water
  • 1cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Empty contents of jelly sachet into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Allow jelly to cool.
  3. Pour greek yoghurt into a large bowl and add the cooled jelly.
  4. Whisk together using a whisk or a fork until well combined and smooth.
  5. Pour into 6 silicone muffin moulds or individual cups.
  6. Refrigerate overnight to set.
  7. Serve as is, or top with fresh fruit.
  8. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
