Ingredients
  • 2 applespeeled
  • 1.5cups wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1.5tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 1/2cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4tsp ground ginger
  • 1cup milk of choice
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Grate 1 apple and dice the other apple.
  3. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  4. Spoon mix into silicon mini muffin tray.
  5. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
