  • 1/2cup coriander leaves30g
  • 2tbsp HM vanilla protein power 25g
  • 1cup baby spinach30g
  • ½ chopped Lebanese cucumber100g
  • 1 chopped pear100g
  • 2tbsp lemon juice40ml
  • ½tsp fresh gingergrated 2g
  • 1cup water250ml
  • ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 1 minute – stir, then blend again for another 30 seconds, or until smooth.
