Ingredients
  • 1/3cup rolled oats33.3 grams
  • 2/3cup water
  • 1/2tsp chia seeds8 grams
  • 5grams The Healthy Mummy Superfood Sprinkles
  • 1/4 apple, grated25 grams
  • 1tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt20 grams
Instructions
  1. Place oats and water in a saucepan, bring to the boil, then simmer for a few minutes until soft.
  2. Place serve into a bowl
