processed into crumbs

whisked

Instructions
Drain tuna well and break up with a fork.
Add lemon juice, peas, onion, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Add the eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Form into 6 patties and squeeze out any excess liquid.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pan fry the patties on each side until golden.
Cool on absorbent paper.
