Ingredients
  • 1/2cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
  • 2tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 2tsp honey
  • 1/2punnet strawberriesthinly sliced
  • 1tbsp sliced mint leaves
  • 1tbsp lime juice
  • 1tbsp chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, orange juice and half of the honey until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sliced strawberries, mint, lime juice and remaining honey.
  3. Refrigerate both bowls for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. To serve, spoon yoghurt onto strawberries and swirl through.
  5. Top with chopped walnuts.
