Ingredients
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 1/2cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4cup frozen raspberries
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • Chocolate Coating Ingredients:
  • 4tbsp coconut oilmelted but cool
  • 2tbsp cacaocan use cocoa
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Filling Method:
  2. Blitz all ingredients together and pour into mini silicon moulds or mini patty cases.
  3. Pop into freezer to set.
  4. Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
  5. Chocolate Coating Method:
  6. Add all ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well to combine.
  7. Once your coating is done, remove frozen yoghurt bites from the freezer.
  8. Dip yoghurt bites in chocolate coating, ( I found a fork worked well) roll around a few times so each piece is well coated.
  9. Remove and place on baking paper lined tray.
  10. Pop tray back into the freezer to set. This wont take long at all and the frozen bites will start to set the chocolate coating immediately.
