Ingredients
  • 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 100grams prawns, raw and shelled
  • 1/2tsp dried chilli flakes
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 2mini tortilla wraps
  • 1/2cup mixed lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1/4medium avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1/4cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1tbsp lime juice
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the prawns, garlic and chilli and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink and are cooked through.
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Prepare the tortilla wraps as per packet directions
  4. Fill each wrap with some lettuce, avocado and capsicum
  5. Top with an equal amount of the chilli prawns and sprinkle with coriander
  6. Squeeze over lime juice to serve
