Pork Steaks with Apple and Greens

Ingredients

pork loin steaks
thin cut

medium apples
peeled and sliced

cinnamon

maple syrup

broccolini

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place apples into microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 1 minute.
Add cinnamon and maple syrup in with apples and coat well.
Pour apples onto lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
Steam the green vegetables.
Heat olive oil in large fry pan on high heat.
Carefully add thin pork loin steaks to fry pan.
Cook the pork steaks for 1 minute, flip and cook on the other side for 30 seconds.
Serve with steamed greens and top pork steaks with maple roasted apples.
