Ingredients
  • 270mls coconut cream
  • 2tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1/3cup blueberries(if using frozen, allow to thaw out completely first)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Pour into 14 small silicone moulds (to make them easy to pop out when frozen).
  3. Place in the freezer to set.
  4. Keep stored in the freezer in an airtight container or zip lock bag.
