desiccated coconut

peanut butter

rice malt syrup
or honey
Instructions
Line a small slice tin with baking paper and set aside (approx 20cm x 20cm).
Give the oats, pepitas and coconut a quick blitz to slightly break them down, then set aside.
Over a low heat, melt the peanut butter and rice malt syrup.
Add both mixtures together and mix until well combined.
Press mixture firmly into prepared tin and pop in the fridge or freezer to set.
Once set, cut into 18 pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
