desiccated coconut

rolled oats

rice malt syrup

coconut oil
liquefied

peppermint extract

tbsp
desiccated coconut or Christmas sprinkles
to decorate
Instructions
Blitz coconut and oats until fine and crumbly.
Add rice malt syrup, coconut oil and peppermint extract and blitz until well combined.
Roll into balls and then roll in coconut or sprinkles.
Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
