Ingredients
Base
  • 3cups organic rice puffs150g
  • 1cup natural peanut butter200g
  • 2tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 1scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Topping
  • 80grams dark chocolate70%
  • 1tsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all base ingredients together until combined.
  2. Pour mix into a lined slice tray and press down firmly.
  3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and drizzle on top of base.
  5. Return to freezer for a further 30-40 min before slicing into 14 serves.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
