  • 6 medjool dates
  • 2tbsp unsalted pistachios
  • 2tbsp walnuts
  • 2tsp shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Cut dates in half lengthways and remove pits.
  2. Roughly chop pistachios and walnuts, and combine.
  3. Fill each date half with nuts. Sprinkle with coconut to serve.
  4. Serve 6 date halves per person.
