coconut oil

honey

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Peal and core the pears and purée pear in food processor (or you can finely dice them).
Place puréed pear into a mixing bowl with the egg, wholemeal flour, baking powder, coconut oil, honey and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add in the blueberries and fold through.
Place mixture into loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing into 10 pieces.
