Ingredients
  • 700grams lean beef steak of choice
  • 2tbsp Mexican seasoning
  • 1tbsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 500grams cherry tomatoescut in halves
  • 4 spring onionssliced
  • 1 Chillithinly sliced
  • 2tbsp lime juice
  • 240grams mixed lettuce
  • 4 wholemeal tortillas
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180c
  2. Season steak with Mexican seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Place steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn the steak and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Once cooked to your liking remove the steak from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Place one flour tortilla in the air fryer at a time and cook for 2 minutes each at 180 degrees celsius.
  7. In a large bowl, toss cherry tomatoes, spring onions, chilli, and mixed lettuce. Mix in the sliced steak and top with lime juice, salt and pepper.
  8. Serve steak salad with tortillas on the side.
