  • 1 Pink Lady applepeeled and chopped
  • 1/3cup rolled oats
  • 1/3cup natural greek yoghurt
  • 1/4tsp nutmeg
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1cup skim milk
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients at high speed until well combined.
