Ingredients
  • 500grams lean pork mince
  • 1/2 small red chillidiced
  • 2 spring onionsdiced
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1tbsp soy sauceor tamari
  • 1/2tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 25 wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2tsp gingerminced
  • 1tsp garlicminced
Instructions
  1. Place mince, chilli, spring onions, egg white, spices and sauces into a food processor and blitz for 30 seconds on high until combined.
  2. Place 1/2 tbsp of mix into each wonton wrapper and fold, crimping the edges with a fork to seal.
  3. Once all of the mixture is used place the dumplings in a single layer in a bamboo steamer lined with baking paper. You may need to cook in batches depending the size of your steamer. Steam on medium heat for 7-10 minutes, until firm.
  4. Serve as is, or with your choice of steamed greens.
