Ingredients
  • 1 small wholemeal pita bread30 grams
  • 1tbsp tomato passata20 mls
  • 1/2 sliced avocado60 grams
  • 1cup baby spinach30 grams
  • 1/4cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese60 grams
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Spread tomato passata over pita.
  2. Top with baby spinach and cheese.
  3. Place pizza on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and pita is crispy.
  4. Top with sliced avocado to serve.
