Ingredients
  • 250ml skim milkor milk of choice
  • 1tbsp Healthy Mummy Caramel smoothie mix
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2tsp shredded coconut
  • 1tbsp sugar free puffed rice
  • 5cubes ice
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients (except 1 tsp shredded coconut and 1 tsp puffed rice) together on high until well combined and frothy.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass or jar and top with remaining shredded coconut and puffed rice.
