Ingredients
  • 1/2cup almonds
  • 1.5cup rolled oats
  • 1/2cup pepitas
  • 1/4cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2cup shredded coconutor desiccated coconut
  • 1/4cup honey
  • 2tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 small bananasapprox. 160g
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line to loaf pans with baking paper.
  2. Blitz the almonds for just a second or two to break down slightly.
  3. Tip into a mixing bowl and add oats, pepitas, sunflower seeds and coconut.
  4. Blitz honey, peanut butter and bananas together then add to the mixing bowl.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Press mixture into trays and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes (this may vary between ovens).
  7. Allow to cool COMPLETELY before slicing into 14 bars – this will help to avoid crumbling.
