Ingredients

plain Greek yoghurt

pure maple syrup

unsweetened almond milk

vanilla extract

coconut oil
melted

frozen blueberries

wholemeal self raising flour

teaspoon
baking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C
Combine egg, yoghurt, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla and coconut oil and mix until well combined.
Fold though blueberries.
Sift flour and baking powder into liquid mixture and gently combine without over mixing.
Spoon mixture into patty cases and pop in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through and slightly browned on top.
Cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
