  • 1scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mixcaramel
  • 1tsp instant coffee
  • 1tbsp cream cheese
  • 2tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1tsp cacao
  • 6 cubes ice
  • 1/2tsp dark chocolategrated
  • 7 macadamia nutsoptional, for those wanting higher calories
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients (except for the chocolate) for 2-3 minutes in a high powered blender.
  2. Sprinkle with the grated chocolate, if using.
