Ingredients
  • 1cup SR wholemeal flour
  • 1/4cup rolled oats
  • 10 dried dates choppedsoak in hot water
  • 1/2cup almond milk
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1/2tsp bicarb
  • 1/2tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
  1. Drain water off dates and mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place approximately 1 heaped tablespoon of mix into muffin tin.
  3. Bake at 180c for 15 min or until golden.
