Ingredients
  • 2cups self raising flour240g
  • 1.5cups chobani fat free Greek yoghurt375g
  • 3tbsp no added sugar tomato sauce60g
  • 250grams extra lean beef mince
  • 1/2 brown onion, diced50g
  • 1tsp cooking oil spray
  • 1tsp garlic powder1g
  • 1tsp onion powder1g
  • 2tsp mixed dried herbs2g
  • A pinch of salt.5g
  • Pepper to taste.5g
  • 1/2cup burger Pickles, finely diced100g
  • 1cup smoked cheese, grated125g
  • 1tbsp American mustard20g
  • 1tbsp no added sugar tomato sauce20g
  • 2tsp black or white sesame seeds8g
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper, then set it aside.
  2. Heat a medium frying pan over a medium heat and cook the onion and mince until browned, add the garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt & pepper, mix well, then remove from the heat. 
  3. Prepare the pizza dough by combining the flour and yoghurt to form a dough.
  4. Then roll the dough out into a rectangle shape, rolling until it is about 1cm thick.
  5. Top the dough with the tomato sauce, meat mixture, pickles and cheese.
  6. Place into the oven to bake until the cheese is melted and golden. 
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, drizzle with the remaining tomato sauce, mustard and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
  8. Slice into 8 pieces to serve, 2 slices is one serve.
