Ingredients

pitted dates

sesame seeds

tbsp
peanut butter

tsp
coconut oil
melted
1/4

coconut
desiccated or shredded
Instructions
Soak dates in boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Blitz all ingredients together until well combined.
Press into small silicon moulds or in a small tray lined with baking paper.
Place in the freezer to set.
Once frozen, pop out of moulds or if using a tray, remove and cut into 10 pieces
Store in the freezer and eat from frozen.
