Ingredients

unsalted cashews
1/3

pepitas

cup
pitted dates
soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes and drained

tbsp
cacao powder
1/4
cup
coconut
shredded or dessicated

tbsp
peanut butter
1/2
cup
rolled oats
1
tbsp
coconut oil
liquefied
Instructions
Line tin with baking paper and set aside (I used a 20cm x 20cm tin).
Give the cashews and pepitas a quick blitz then add all remaining ingredients and blitz again until well combined.
Press FIRMLY into prepared tin and pop in the freezer to set.
Eat straight from the freezer and enjoy.
Keep stored in the freezer.
