  • 1serve Healthy Mummy Berry Smoothie Mix
  • 250ml reduced-fat milk of choice
  • 1/2cup ice cubes
  • 1tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1tsp oats
  • 1tsp cocoa/ cacao powder
  • 1/2cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2tsp almond meal
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except the almond meal into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with almond meal to serve.
