  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2cup baby kale or baby spinach
  • 2tsp oats
  • 1/2 avocado flesh
  • 30grams Choc Mint Premium Smoothie Mix
  • ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
