Ingredients
  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Protein powderchoc flavour
  • 1 egg
  • 5 Weetbix Slice
  • 1cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4cup coconut sugar
  • 1tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2can light condensed milk(160g)
  • zest of one orange
Top Layer
  • 200gram melted dark chocolate
  • 8slices dehydrated orangefor decoration
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except for the melted chocolate and dehydrated orange into the food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Place mixture into a baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 160°.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, pour on the melted chocolate on and place the dehydrated orange slices on top.
  5. Set in the fridge for one hour before slicing and serving with a hot knife.
