Instructions
If you are using natvia or icing sugar, sift a little over the frozen raspberries and set aside (this will help to sweeten them up)
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together using your preferred method
Using a teaspoon, fill your silicone mould a quarter of the way with chocolate
Add 1-2 raspberries (depending on size) into the moulds
Cover the raspberries in the remaining chocolate and set in the fridge
Once chocolates have set, they can be stored in the fridge or freezer
