Ingredients
Base
  • 1cup oatmeal
  • 2tbsp coconut flour
  • 2tbsp brewers yeast
  • 1tbsp milled flaxseed
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 100ml rice malt syrup
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
Topping
  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 3tsp rice malt syrup
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients for the base and mix well.
  2. Press into a small dish lined with baking paper and flatten the top.
  3. Melt the coconut oil over a low heat. Mix in cacao and rice malt syrup for the topping, until smooth. Pour over base and refrigerate until set.
  4. Slice into 14 pieces.
