Ingredients
  • 200ml skim milk
  • 1 medjool datepitted
  • 2tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1/4tsp peppermint essence
  • 1tsp cocoa
  • 2tbsp chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 1tsp desiccated coconutto serve
  • 2squares dark chocolategrated to serve
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients (except coconut and grated chocolate) together on high until well combined
  2. Serve in your favourite glass or jar and sprinkle the coconut or grated chocolate on top. Enjoy!
