  • 250ml skim milkor milk of choice
  • 1tbsp Healthy Mummy Caramel smoothie mix
  • 2tbsp almond meal
  • 1tsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1tbsp unsalted crushed peanuts
  • 1tsp walnuts
  • 5cubes ice
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together on high till frothy and well combined.
  2. Serve in your favourite glass or jar.
