  • 4tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 4tsp white wine vinegar
  • 8cups mixed salad leaves
  • 8tbsp reduced fat fetacrumbled
  • 2 Tomatoeschopped
  • 2 Lebanese cucumberssliced
  • 4 small wholemeal pita breads
Instructions
  1. To make dressing, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and oregano
  2. Place lettuce, tomato, cucumber and feta in a bowl. Drizzle over the dressing and toss to combine.
  3. Cut the pita bread into triangles and serve with the salad.
