Ingredients
  • 5 Weet Bix
  • 1 egg
  • 1cup dessicated coconut
  • 1/2cup coconut sugar
  • 1cup wholemeal self raising flour
  • 2tbsp cocoa/cacao
  • 50grams butter
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
Top Layer
  • 180gram baking milk chocolate
  • 1/2cup celebration sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except for the chocolate and sprinkles into the food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Place mixture into a baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 160°.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate and pour over the slice. Top with the celebration sprinkles.
  5. Set in the fridge for one hour. Once set cut your slice into 14 pieces with a hot knife.
  6. One piece is one serve. To reduce the calories of this recipe cut into 28 serves.
