  • 3tbsp natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mixchocolate or vanilla
  • ¼cup whole rolled oats
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½tsp cinnamon
  • 1tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1tbsp brewers yeast
