Ingredients

dried cranberries

boiling water

teaspoon
vanilla extract

coconut oil
melted

shredded coconut

honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 150C.
Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
Add all ingredients to food processor and quickly blitz until well combined.
Press tablespoons of mixture firmly together in your hand and then place on tray and pop into the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
Allow to cool COMPLETELY before removing from tray. This will allow the macaroons to hold together.
Keep stored in fridge in an airtight container.
