Ingredients
  • ½cup boiling water125ml
  • 1 green teabag5g
  • 2tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie25g
  • 1/2cup frozen blueberries120g
  • ½ banana45g
  • 1cup unsweetened almond milk250ml
  • ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add boiling water and teabag to a mug, and allow to brew for 3 minutes. Remove teabag.
  2. Combine berries, banana, Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder and milk in a blender.
  3. Add tea and blend ingredients on high setting until smooth.
  4. Pour smoothie in a glass over some ice cubes.
