Ingredients
  • 1cup desiccated coconut
  • zest of 1 small lemon
  • juice of ½ small lemon
  • 2tbsp coconut cream
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Blitz all ingredients together and then roll into balls.
  2. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  3. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
Recipe Notes

*Recipe works best if you place your can of coconut cream in the fridge over night to firm up first.

**If your mixture seems a little dry, try adding a few drops of water at a time. The mixture will come together using the warmth of your hands while rolling the balls.
