Ingredients
  • 1cup almond meal
  • 1/4tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2cup peanut butter
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tsp honey
  • 2tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 2tsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine almond meal, baking powder and cinnamon and set aside.
  3. Combine peanut butter, vanilla, honey and coconut oil and mix until smooth.
  4. Add both mixtures together and stir until well combined.
  5. Place heaped teaspoons of mixture onto tray. Mixture spreads quite a lot so be sure to leave space between each cookie.
  6. Decorate the tops with the chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
