Instructions
Preheat oven to 160C.
Place the fresh gnocchi in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally.
Thread roasted gnocchi onto the end of 10 large toothpicks or small skewers.
Divide olives, sun-dried tomatoes (cut into pieces, if necessary) and basil leaves between the skewers.
Serve while the gnocchi is still warm.
