Ingredients
  • 2400 g cans of lentilsdrained and rinsed
  • 2tsp curry powder
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1tsp ground coriander
  • Salt and pepperto taste
  • ½cup plain flour
  • 1 egglightly beaten
  • Olive oil sprayfor the pan
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Wet your hands and bring the patties together using around two tablespoons of mixture for each. Make 8 patties and place into a frying pan sprayed with olive oil.
  3. Cook on medium heat for five minutes on each side until golden brown.
