Ingredients
  • 1.5cups almond meal
  • 2tbsp coconut oilsoft
  • 1tbsp raw honey
  • 25g dark choc chips
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • Optional – dash of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add everything except choc chips into food processor/thermomix and blitz for 20 seconds.
  2. Scrape down sides and blitz again for another 10 seconds (or until cookie dough consistency).
  3. Mix in choc chips with hands and shape into 16 balls.
  4. Put in fridge to set.
  5. Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
