Ingredients
  • 1/3cup dates
  • 1/2cup pecansor any nuts you have on hand
  • 3tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 2scoops Healthy Mummy Smoothie powdervanilla flavour
  • 1/3cup peanut butter
  • 2tbsp coconut oil
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • Olive oil sprayto grease the pan
Instructions
  1. Place dates and nuts into a blender and blend so that it is still slightly chunky.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and blend until crushed.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the chia seeds, and blend until a wet consistency (kind of like mashed banana).
  4. Add the chia seeds and mix until combined.
  5. Spoon into 20 mini muffin tins that have been sprayed with olive oil (or you can use mini patty pan cases).
  6. Place into fridge or freezer to set.
