Honey Soy and Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 1cup brown rice
  • 500grams skinless chicken breast or thighs
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1tbsp kecap manissweet soy sauce
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 carrots
  • 1cup green beans
  • 1cup snow peas
  • 1small head broccoli
  • 1/2tbsp sesame oil
  • 1tsp Minced Garlic
Instructions
  1. Cook brown rice as per packet instructions.
  2. Slice all vegetables and steam until tender but still slightly crisp.
  3. Cut chicken into cubes and mix with freshly minced garlic.
  4. In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and honey, then set aside.
  5. Heat sesame oil in large fry pan or wok, and brown the chicken until cooked through.
  6. Add sesame seeds and stir continuously for 1 minute.
  7. Add steamed vegetables and the sauce.
  8. Stir for 1 minute to heat through.
  9. Serve with cooked brown rice.
