Ingredients
  • 1cup self raising flour
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/4cup sultanas
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3cup honey
  • 2tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 2tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 165C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine flour, oats, baking powder, sultanas and cinnamon and set aside.
  3. Whisk egg, vanilla, honey, coconut oil and water together, then add to the flour mixture. Mix until combined.
  4. Spoon heaped teaspoons of mixture onto tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
  5. Mixture will spread out while cooking so be sure to leave space between each spoonful.
  6. Once cooked, remove from tray and place on a wire rack to cool.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the pantry.
