Ingredients
  • 250grams microwavable brown rice
  • 1cup frozen peas
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1/2cup reduced-fat cheddar cheeseshredded
  • 3 free-range eggs
  • 1/3cup wholemeal flour
  • 3tbsp soy saucesalt reduced
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 100grams ham off the bonediced
  • 1/2cup corn kernalsfresh or tinned
  • 1 medium carrotgrated
  • cooking oil spray
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray with cooking oil.
  3. Using a tablespoon, take large scoops of the mix and place in the frying pan to make patties.
  4. Cook patties for 3-5 minutes turning once during cooking.
  5. This recipe makes 18 patties, serve 2 patties per serve.
