Steam potato slices in the microwave or on the stovetop until tender.
While potato is cooking, brown off the lamb mince in frypan until cooked through. Drain any fat off and stir spinach through the mince to wilt.
Preheat oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.
Spread the pita bread with tomato passata and top with potato slices, lamb and spinach mixture and peas. Crumble feta over the top and scatter over grated Parmesan.
Place pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted.
